ART RELATED FILMS
I’ve enjoyed working with some of Cornwall's inspiring artists, galleries and museums ( Tate St.Ives, The Leach PotteryPetronilla Silver and the St.Ives School of Painting).  I've made a series of educational films with artist Alice Mumford and other films exploring the work and motivation of local artists.

 SURF RELATED FILMS
The sea has always defined St.Ives and surfing gives the town a vibrancy and energy which other coastal towns just can't replicate.  I've made films for upcoming surfers like Animal'sSimon Trebilcock as well as projects linked to the sea like Surfhouse St.Ives. Chances are, if the surf's up, I'll be in it.

DOCUMENTARIES
My background is in documentaries and I relish more in-depth analysis of people and ideas.  Since returning to Cornwall, I've made a film about potting legend Warren MacKenzie (screened at  Tate St.Ives), as well as documentaries about the reality of PTSD and the debilitating fall out from Parkinsons Disease.

Promos

PROMOS
The internet is invariably the first point of contact for anyone checking out a product or company.  A web film is a great promotional tool and can be used to create a buzz, explain a concept, or share an event. These films often combine graphics and music.

Drama

DRAMA
I had a fascinating time directing and filming a short adaptation of ‘Burying Beetle’, a novel by local author, Ann Kelley.  Its called  ‘A Snail’s Broken Shell’ and was filmed during summer at the beautiful Hawkes Point.  A totally locally sourced production.
